The amount of the grant is calculated according to the square metres of the apartment:
300€/m² for the first 20 m²
+ 150€/supplementary m²
with a ceiling of 50% of the amount invested and for a maximum of 50m².

3. Your property is sure to increase in value

National classification in stars for an apartment.
Resort label (in a chalet or ibex) for an apartment.

4. Your property benefits from an improved occupation rate :

ORIL apartments have priority: The apartments are offered for rent more frequently by the Reservation Centres and the property professionals.
Client loyalty : An apartment is a showcase for the resort. A satisfied client will ask to return to the same apartment.

5. You can exit the system when you like by repaying the grant received, on a pro rata basis.

Example in case of sale :

In the first 2 years following payment of the grant, the whole grant must be repaid to the Saint Martin de Belleville Town Hall and the appropriate ski lift company. Over and above this time:
The 3rd year : 90% of the grant
The 4th year : 80% of the grant
The 5th year : 70% of the grant
The 6th year : 60% of the grant
The 7th year : 45% of the grant
The 8th year : 30% of the grant
The 9th year : 15% of the grant
